The Chardon Enterprise has always been great for me. I get my car serviced up the road where the Enterprise cars are serviced I'm always able to hitch a ride back to Enterprise to rent a car after I drop off. They are very willing to make things work. The down side is that you often have to talk to a remote person when you call in, and they are not specifically helpful.
Rent from here a couple times a year for over 10 years now. Staff is always helpful, cars are always low mileage and very new, clean and quality.

I was rear ended today on my way to work. So for a bad start to the day Enterprise in Chardon really helped me out in a very short notice. The gentleman named Christopher who helped me and the others working were kind and actually made me laugh even through the misfortune of my vehicle being wrecked. Very professional people and personable. Thank you for continued excellent service and will always use enterprise for rental needs!
