I called to make an appointment with this place and the very unpleasant lady who answered the phone was short with me as if she was sizing me up to see if I was worthy of talking to. She asked what my insurance was, when I told her, she then abruptly stuck me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and left a message for her to call me back and she never did. How rude. With office staff like this, I won't waste my time going to this place. Too bad, it would have been close to home.
The doctors and nurses too excellent care of my 9 year old daughter both before and after her surgery. Couldn't ask for a more understanding and compassionate staff.
