The staff in general is pretty solid here and this is my go to store over everything.
Anthony is the man, always very helpful and knowledgeable on several titles I’ve asked about and gives good help on games to try.

I've been waiting over a week for used video games coming from the Cortland store and I still have not heard back and this store in Chardon doesn't want to answer the phone during business hours
Although I dislike Gamestop as a company, with all the shady stuff they do, this Gamestop is excellent. The staff is always friendly and knows their stuff about games. If your looking for a game store to go to, this is the one. Only thing is, where it is, they might that have that many older games if your looking for stuff from before 2010.
