If you want it done half-blank at the highest price, call him. Maybe the boat is in dry dock. Ask for true references, as in long term business customers.
Gianni came out to my home late this summer to give me an estimate on basement waterproofing and repairing a wall of my basement. I had two other estimates done by other companies who sent out salesman. I quickly felt uncomfortable as they tried to pressure me into signing up the day they were here. After thinking it over, me and my husband decided to go with DiFranco Contractors as we felt more comfortable dealing with a small company where the owner was hands on. They completed the job about a month ago and there workmanship was outstanding. Gianni and his team was very courteous and respectful of our property. It's the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. We highly recommend him!
DiFranco Contractors regraded the property, ran some drainage pipes and updated / expanded the back patio with concrete. Working with them was a wonderful experience all around. They communicated well and stayed on budget. They were here for almost a week; arrived on time every day and left the job site very clean. I highly recommend DiFranco Contractors and would use them again if another job arises.
