Horrible. Absolutely horrible. My son presented with vomiting, fever, and headache. No testing was done to determine cause, my son was diagnosed with a fever (which I was already quite aware of his 101.8 fever) and no treatment plan. The doctor was rude and impatient. He slammed on the laptop keys and shouted at me to stop talking so he could type, I was only trying to answer his questions. Again I state no cultures were collected and no testing was done. The physician asked for a list of current diagnoses, when I stated my son has autism spectrum disorder he asked what's that? I had to repeat myself a few times and finally said he's autistic. The physician then began talking louder as if i told him my son was deaf. If you're going to work with a diverse patient population then you should educate yourself and be a little more well rounded. We were given the diagnosis of fever stating perhaps it's viral and must run it's course. Well 3 days later when my son was still very ill and miserable we followed up with pediatrician and my son tested positive for strep. He could have been diagnosed sooner but the urgent care physician was to worried about typing and complaining about the new computer system to care for my son. I'm reporting this clinic and physician to the board and anyone else that will listen. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
My girls have seen doctors at Lake Health Peds for the past 11 years. But unfortunately we missed a few appointments and was told sorry we can no longer serve you. No loyalty what so ever!!!! Maybe it's for the best. My girls now are going to UH pediatric.
Half an hour wait everytime i call in before someone answers the phone. They are not that busy. I worked in medical office never kept patients waiting on phone that long.

Dr Turell at chardon pediatrics is great! I always have a good experience and won't take my kids to anyone else!
